inspired by the recent 'identify this car' post, is this picture. the 1972 MK3 Shadow can-am car. this car never ran right back then but today, boy does it ever. The layout is the thing. Everyone loves the Porsche 917/10-30 but this car had the layout. Audi today uses this layout and so did everyone in between. Block in the middle, turbos on the side in front of the rear wheels, waste gates on individual turbos, intercoolers in the side pods as well as blow-off valves on each plenum entry.
Again, it never ran right. I discovered !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! details of it's present state of tune, since they rebuilt the turbo management system to a modern type, it is reliable and usable and flexibile. 9not an on/off power delivery) 1200hp and 1800 pounds torque. I stated a while ago in other posts about it that it has gobs more power at higher boost but i cannot substantiate any of that with the internet. It is remarkable how difficult it is to find information on this thing beyond the pictures.
